my son did not receive the package due to the USPS during the snow storm. The company owner very graciously suggested to resend the item and resolve the issue. I will file the claim to Etsy for USPS as they did not do their job properly. UPDATE: I received the cross and it looks beautiful. I wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't ever compared various prayer ropes. I wanted something my husband could wear around his neck. I didn't expect the material it was strung on to be somewhat elastic. I don't think it's particularly breakable, but I don't like the feel of the stretchiness. I love the sound that the beads make when they make when they hit one another, yet I don't love the feel of them in my hand. The cross itself is beautiful to look at but I wish it felt heavier. It has almost no weight. I think I might have been better off with a wooden bead paracord type of prayer rope, but that's just a result of me not knowing what I wanted. Yet this is beautiful and well made. It is exactly what it said it's would be. It was shipped quickly and packaged in a lovely way. And it is pretty. Thank you!
