DetailsOrthodox Prayer rope made with 8mm Natural Onyx Gemstone bead handmade prayerfully by us.
Available in lengths of 33/50/100/150 beads
33 bead is approximately 6in long
50 bead is approximately 10in long
100 Bead is approximately 20in long
150 bead is approximately 26in long
Brown accent beads are Olive Wood and imported from the Holyland. Spaced after every ten Onyx beads for the 33 and 50 bead length and every 25 for the 100 and 150Length. we are able to customize if you would like a different arrangement. Bronze beads are a Zinc alloy.
Wooden Cross measures approximately 2in tall and 1in wide.
Held together using a stretchy and strong elastic beading cord that doesn’t stretch out over time like the commonly used clear elastic and gives it nice flow when praying.
Is heavy compared to wood beads or wool ropes.
3.5in by 5in laminated icon with Jesus prayer is included and a nice gift bag that is pictured.

Unfortunately the package was not delivered to my son, or if it was delivered, it was not found outside of the apartment door. So my son did not receive the package. The company owner very graciously suggested to resend the item and resolve the issue. I will file the claim to Etsy for USPS as they did not do their job properly.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't ever compared various prayer ropes. I wanted something my husband could wear around his neck. I didn't expect the material it was strung on to be somewhat elastic. I don't think it's particularly breakable, but I don't like the feel of the stretchiness. I love the sound that the beads make when they make when they hit one another, yet I don't love the feel of them in my hand. The cross itself is beautiful to look at but I wish it felt heavier. It has almost no weight. I think I might have been better off with a wooden bead paracord type of prayer rope, but that's just a result of me not knowing what I wanted. Yet this is beautiful and well made. It is exactly what it said it's would be. It was shipped quickly and packaged in a lovely way. And it is pretty. Thank you!

It is perfect for what I needed and the 33 bead fits on wrist or in my pocket when I need a prayer rope.
